Once logged in, you can access the Statistics page using the left-side navigation bar. This page provides key insights into user interactions with your 3D and AR product viewer, helping you measure engagement and monitor results.
We currently measure four crucial interactions:
1. Unique Visitors
This metric represents individual buyers. If a visitor returns to the product page multiple times within a given time frame, they are counted as a single unique visitor rather than multiple visits. This ensures accurate tracking of distinct users engaging with your product.
2. 3D Button Clicks
This metric counts how often visitors click on the "3D View" button. It serves as an indicator of user interest in viewing products in 3D and is an essential factor in calculating conversion rates.
This tracks how many users engage with the AR functionality to visualize products in their real environment. A high number of AR interactions suggests strong interest in augmented reality features.
This measures the number of times visitors click the small "ruler" icon to check the product dimensions within the 3D viewer. This metric helps assess how often users rely on precise measurements before making purchasing decisions.
